Yellow Banner - to be more customisable
The yellow banner - please can this be more customisable i.e. we would like to change the colour from yellow to be more inline with our current website colour scheme. Also it would be good to have displayed at the beginning of these banner messages - "IMPORTANT UPDATES" either across the top or to the left hand side of the message
