Feature Requests

Would be great if we could bulk mark the feedback submissions under insights as complete. Currently very time consuming to do 1 by 1 especially when some feedback submissions are blank/irrelevant.

Any movement for there to be an option to put users into groups so it is easier to assign requests to groups rather than individual users? They will still have to log in individually but they would be part of a group so easier to see all same type of requests. Thanks

The current 404 page does not look great nor give much information. It would be nice to have a default 404 page which still incorporates the header and footer of the site, with a more meaningful error message, and link back to the homepage.

It would be more time efficient and effective to be able to export submissions, such as SARs, change of details which would then include the supporting documents such as ID to reduce the time spent exporting and the number of documents having to export. Also reduces the potential for any ID or supporting documents to be missed.

Introduce a Dark Mode option, allowing users to switch to a dark-themed interface on both the front end (public website) and back end (Control Panel). This feature would enhance accessibility, reduce eye strain in low-light environments, and provide a modern, customisable user experience.

Currently there's no way to tell if a field has conditional logic without expanding the settings. It would be good to signify this somehow so we could tell at a glance.

Introduce a way to track hidden pages and assign review dates in the control panel.

When a user selects a gender of a staff member who is being added to the team pages a default silhouette image of a male, female or unknown is added removing the gray X image.
