Please can the NHS Number be included for the (SAR) subject access requests so we can identify the correct patient as some patients are giving incorrect date of births. Thank you

PLease can the "You and your general practice" be added to our website before the 1st of October 2025 end date?

Please can the Patients first name and surname be added onto the Online Portal, as we can only search with the reference number.

Please also update the pharmacy first link under "self help" tab. The updated pharmacy first triage link should be under both the appointments tab and the self help tab thanks, Pradhyumna Patient services manager

Would be good to allow subsections as part of the website structure. For example, pages within the Services page could have links like: examplesite .co .uk / services / test-results and the Breadcrumbs could lead you back to the Services page rather than directly back to home: Home > Services > Test Results This could also be a useful way to visually organise the pages within the control panel by section.
