Please add option to use your own MFA app
Please can we have the option to use a different MFA app when logging into the control panel, currently it only uses NHS mail. We had an issue with NHS mail recently where we were not receiving emails which meant we could not log into the website to add an alert for patients to see. Thank you

Activate MFA on all user accounts
Please can MFA be activated centrally so that all users have to authenticate when logging into the control panel, The NHS DSP toolkit for this year is asking for MFA to be activated on as many public systems as possible, would be useful to be able to pick either email or SMS for the MFA code. Thank you
